There is no sign-up form on this page. That is deliberate.
whenly.software is early access. We could put a form here and mail you afterwards, but a form that does not create an account is a form that lies about what it does. So: a conversation first, and an honest account of what runs today — which, plainly, is not the poll yet.
What is built is the shared no-double-book booking floor the whole schedule.software family is built on. What is being built is everything that makes whenly a find-a-time product: the poll, the three-answer marking, the overlap finder, and the one-tap lock onto that floor.
What actually happens
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
✓1 — Tell us the shape of the problem
Write to [email protected] with what you keep having to schedule — a committee, chaperones, staff PD — roughly how big the group is, and how you do it today. One paragraph is plenty.
✓2 — An honest walkthrough of what is built and what is not
We show you the shared booking floor that is real, and we name the find-a-time pieces that are still being built. You should leave able to repeat back exactly what is running and what is not — no surprises in week two.
✓3 — Reserve early access to the poll
If the find-a-time flow is worth your time, we add you to early access and tell you where it is in the build. No card, no charge, no account provisioned — there is nothing to bill for a product that is not live.
✓4 — Come along as it lands
As the poll, the overlap finder, and the one-tap lock ship, early-access coordinators are the first to run a real group poll on it. Until then, this page will not pretend the button does something it does not.
What starting does not involve
No card, no charge, no account created on a web page.
There is no live checkout on this site, and no committed price to check out against — the pricing page says plainly that no figure is set. Reserving early access does not create a payment, does not store a card, and does not commit you to anything.
The find-a-time poll, the overlap finder, and the one-tap lock are in development. Reminders are opt-in and currently send nothing. We would rather you hear all of that here than discover it after you have told your committee it is handled.
